Vintage Sizing
Vintage garment sizing is much different than the size standards we're used to today. It can be tricky to figure out if a vintage item will fit properly, especially when buying online. It's best to go by measurements and not by tagged size. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible so that you can feel confident in choosing items you love! Keep reading for more information on how to take your measurements, and general size guides.

All measurements are taken in inches while the item is laying flat. Please compare the listed measurements of an item to your own body measurements to determine fit.

Each garment includes a Fit Estimate to help determine size. Fit Estimates are not a fit/size guarantee.

If you receive your order and it doesn't fit, no worries! We offer a 14-day return policy. Please see Policies page for more information on Returns.

How do I take my own measurements?
Use a soft measuring tape to measure your bust, waist and hips. You can also measure a piece of clothing you already have that fits you well, and compare it to the measurements of an item on our site to assess fit.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your natural waist.

Hips: Stand with your feet close together and measure around the
fullest part of your hips.

Once you have your measurements, you may want to add another
inch or two if you prefer your clothing to be loose fitting. Note that the
material(s) of a garment will also determine if it has any give or stretch.

Since we take all measurements while an item is laying flat, you'll need to double the listed Bust, Waist and Hip measurements when comparing your body measurements.
