Shipping

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

Shipping costs are based on item type and weight, and will vary depending on your order. Buyer is responsible for all custom charges, taxes and fees incurred.

Kristi's Vintage & More is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Returns

We offer 14 day returns on all clothing & shoes, as long as they meet the following requirements.

Return Requirements:

* Item must be unworn, unaltered and not damaged

* If the item came with original tags, they must still be attached

* Return package must be postmarked within 14 days of original delivery

If your item meets the requirements and you would like to make a return, please email kristi@kristisvintage.com within 3 days of delivery with the subject line "Return Request" and we will reply within 24 hours to initiate the return process.

 

At this time we do not offer prepaid return labels. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. It's best to include a tracking number on your return, as Kristi's Vintage & More cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

You'll receive an email once your return is received and has been refunded. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items. As a reminder, original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Note that your bank may take additional days to process and post the refund once they receive the information from Kristi's Vintage & More.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds when merchandise is not in its original condition or outside of the 14 day return period. 

Vintage Quality & Care

Since vintage items are pre-loved, there may be slight imperfections or signs of age. This can include but is not limited to: light staining, pulls, tears, loose threads, pilling, pinholes, or other minor flaws. Colors may also vary due to lighting, screen resolution or other settings.

 

Our best effort is given to note any flaws on each product listing, though it's possible to miss something from time to time. Please reach out to us ASAP if there are any issues with your order.

Most clothing items are washed, steamed or cleaned before being listed for sale. Items are then stored in a pet-free, smoke-free, climate-controlled environment. Shoes, accessories, jewelry and home decor are sanitized and wiped clean (as materials allow).
